Private sessions are customized around your specific needs and goals.  

These sessions provide the full studio experience and are ideal for people of all fitness levels.

 

Private Sessions are 55 minutes.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Semi-Private Pilates sessions are small group classes that provide a more personalized, focused experience and allow for more individualized attention compared to larger group classes.  

Semi-Private Sessions are 55min and 

priced per-person.

Private Pilates Sessions are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.  Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, recover from an injury, or enhance your athletic performance, our Pilates sessions provide a personalized and effective workout experience.

  • 5 Private Sessions | $425 ($85/session)

More About Privates:

Private Pilates sessions are personalized  one on one sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the individual.  These sessions are conducted in a private studio setting, allowing for focused attention and guidance.  


During a private Pilates session, Suzette will assess the client’s current fitness level, any specific areas of concern or injury, and their desired outcomes.  Based on this assessment, Suzette will design a customized Pilates workout that addresses the clients unique needs.  
Private Pilates sessions involve the use of specialized Pilates equipment, such as the reformer, trapeze table/tower, and chair.  Litchfield Hills Pilates also offers a variety of small props and other exciting pieces of equipment that add variety and challenges such as the Balanced Body MOTR, the Balanced Body Bodhi Suspension System, and the Orbit.  Our studio also offers a variety of Balanced Body reformers to further provide resistance and support to help improve strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment.

 

Private Pilates sessions offer numerous benefits, including:

  • Personalized attention:  The session can focus solely on the client, providing individualized feedback and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique.

  • Goal-Oriented approach:  The sessions are designed to help the client achieve their specific goals, whether its improving flexibility, building strength, rehabilitating an injury, or enhancing athletic performance.

  • Customized Workout: Exercises and intensity levels can be modified  based on the client’s abilities and progress, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

  • Rehabilitation and injury prevention: Private Pilates sessions can be beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain.  The exercises and support from a variety of props and equipment can help improve mobility, strengthen weak muscles, and promote proper alignment to prevent future injuries.

  • Mind-Body connection:  Pilates emphasizes the connection between the mind and the body, promoting mindfulness, body awareness, breath and relaxation. ​

SEMIPRIVATE

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS-55 minutes

These sessions are designed to cater to the specific needs and goals of each participant, ensuring that everyone receives proper guidance and instruction. 

 

During a semi-private session, participants will engage in a series of exercises that target core strength, flexibility and overall body conditioning.  Suzette will guide participants through a variety of movements using specialized Pilates equipment such as the reformer, tower and the chair.  These sessions may also incorporate small props like resistance bands, balls, weights and Pilates circles.

The small group semi-private sessions allows for a supportive and motivating environment.  Participants can learn from each other, share experiences, and encourage one another throughout the class.  Individualized modifications and adjustments will  ensure that each participant is working at their own level and achieving their fitness goals.
